Manage resources as more than one call comes in. But don't forget to read the description as sending one unit to a gang shoot out can be costly. The major flaw of the game is that once you complete the campaign there is very little replay value as the voice over calls become repetitive rather quickly. At $3.74 this game is a great purchase even with no replay value. I wouldn't recommend it at full retail price.. I'm a 911 operator now!. I mean... It's decent. Got it for less than $4 so whatever. This is one of my top favorite games, I love it!. One of my all time favourite games can't wait for the next
